When you complete an assessment we collect your name, email address, date of birth (optional), questionnaire answers, IP address, and the timestamp of your consent. We process this data solely to calculate and send you your results by email. Legal basis: explicit consent under GDPR Article 9(2)(a) (special category health data).

We share your email address and results with Resend (resend.com) solely to deliver your results email. No other third parties receive your data.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email mentalcheck@proton.me. We will respond within 90 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
